This is the first of many times where you can ask questions, as many as you like.

simpleclub is a remote-first company. In order to be compliant in the locations where our employees are based, we have partnered with Remote to help us make that happen. Here you find the list of countries where we are currently able to hire from.
Once we have made you a verbal offer, we will then ask you to provide 1-3 contacts of someone you have previously worked with or can vouch for your work. The purpose of this step is to obtain an external view that will help us to support you better by the time you start working with us, as well as learn in what areas you truly excel in that we might have overlooked.
We generally have one company get-together each year. We treat this event as a bonding activity. You will also be able to connect with other employees in your location and meet with them more regularly.
We are proud to say we have been an all-remote company since 2018. We know that working remotely is not what everyone loves but we see it as a real advantage. With remote, we have no limits and encourage everyone to work and live wherever they are happy. In order to stay connected, we use clear (and friendly) communication and a number of online tools to empower collaboration and build relationships. It does not matter to us where you work as long as you have a strong internet connection and you work in line with our time zones (UTC-1 to UTC+3).

At simpleclub, we like to keep it easy and we believe everyone should be compensated based on the market value of the skillset and the value the role brings to the company. We only offer base salaries. The compensation offered will be based on relative experience and skills. We always encourage every applicant to share with us their expectations and have an open discussion about them.

You will hear from us between 1-2 weeks of sending your application. It generally takes 4-6 weeks for candidates that make it all the way to the end and this varies depending on the seniority of the role.
